I was born in Venezuela. My culinary journey began at 22. Twelve years ago, I moved to Miami and started a chocolate business. 3 years ago, a car accident forced me from the kitchen, so I shifted to consulting and concept development. While visiting Time Out Market in Chicago, I pitched my burger concept “Gutenburg” when the only available spot was for burgers. It was embraced, and when Time Out Market chose to close, they offered me the chance to bring Gutenburg to Chicago.
